After much research, scientists from talion region invented ElementMorf that can change the element of Pokemon in their early stages.
For now the only available are the ElementMorf:
Fire
Water
Grass

but scientists continue to research.
The first test is with Charmander with the water ElementMorf
producing a new pokemon Aquamander
